The Company

Production Park is the number one live events production destination in Europe, featuring three rehearsal studios, over 15 events businesses and the UK’s only Live Events Production University Centre, Backstage Academy.

The rehearsal studios on-site bring a variety of world class tours and productions to Production Park as well as providing space for test builds.

Production Park is also home to workshops, offices and machine shops belonging to a group of long established engineering, technology and creative specialist businesses, including Litestructures, LS-Live, CATO Music, Perry Scenic Creative and Brilliant Stages.


The primary function been to support all associated sales and rental requirements within the sales team whilst ensuring the customer receives an excellent service. Based in an office environment, we are seeking candidates with strong customer service, good analytical skills and admin skills, ideally some knowledge or experience in analysis/warehouse/stock control and the ability to ensure all customer requirements are met.


Key responsibilities will be as follows:

• Present, promote and sell Production Park services to existing and prospective customers.
• Assisting with sales for studio bookings.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Successfully resolve any customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed sales targets with strong team work ethic.
• Ensure Pipedrive and Sharepoint (CRM system) are regularly updated to ensure reports are accurate.
• Represent Production Park at events.
• Process and record all orders and kit lists for rental equipment on the system so that the customer’s requirements are met and shipments are not subject to undue delay.
• Provide pro-active tracking & forecasting, in order to promptly identify potential delays or service errors, recommending and implementing the appropriate actions to resolve problems to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Maintain pricing records through hire tracker to monitor and analyse business performance.
• Report equipment utilisation and rental yields on existing and new assets.
• As directed by management and client, undertake other ad hoc tasks, reports and analyses, and add value to the service provided to the customer.

  • Position – Full-Time.
  • Salary – Dependent on experience.
  • Location – South Kirkby, Wakefield
  • Hours – 40-hour week (full-time) 8:30am to 17:30pm.
