HR ADVISOR

On any given day, our community of studios, lecture rooms, labs and workshops could host teaching, arena-size tour rehearsals, cutting edge research and more.

Our Human Resources Advisor is responsible for supporting company culture, compliance and employee-relations processes, contributing to the overall success of the organisation and encompassing:

  • The Academy of Live Technology undergraduate, post graduate and short course

  • Production Park Studios and client services

  • CentR Stage (Production Park Café and Catering)

  • XPLOR innovation and technical services

If you like the idea of working alongside creative people in a dynamic, innovative environment; if you’re comfortable working unsupervised and on your own initiative; if you believe that the role of HR extends beyond ER and into driving organisational performance; if you’re unphased by last minute changes, trying something for the first time and figuring things out as you go; and if you’re looking for an opportunity to learn and grow fast...we would love to hear from you.

Our Values:

·       Disruptive but respectful: We are easy to deal with, but have a steely glint in our eye. Our purpose is to challenge norms to improve the future of our industry.

·       Responsive but thoughtful: We come from the live environment and understand that problems need to be confronted and resolved quickly, but with appropriate thought – for resilient outcomes.

·       Curious and creative: We embrace and pursue ‘what we do not know’ to improve the way we work. We innovate and strive for continuous improvement.

·       Commercial but community focused: Profit powers our purpose and impact – on campus, in our regional community and across the industry, and brings sustainability to our organisation.

·       Bold but humble: We are not scared of being first or unique in how we do things, but we remain grounded about our achievements. There is always room to grow.

·       Collaborative and inclusive: We are a place where everyone has the right to belong. The best ideas come from all corners of our organisation, and everyone has the right to be heard.
