We're hiring a Café & Hospitality Manager

Production Park is a unique support environment for the live events industry, one that unites technology, creative spaces, and education. Centr Stage is the hub in the centre of the Park, where everyone meets to eat, drink, network and socialise. Reporting to the Executive Officer, your role will have responsibility for ensuring the pro activeness of the team and ensuring all services are consistent and high standards are implemented and maintained.

Key responsibilities:

·       Overall management of the F&B Team, including rota planning

·       Be the main point of contact for clients, when they are on-site, this may mean evening working

·       Maintain excellent communication with onsite partners, other departments, and internal teams

·       Responsibility for quoting for catering jobs both onsite and off-site

·       Working closely with the Head chef to produce menus

·       Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

·       Organise regular stocktaking

·       As this is a hands-on role you will be required to carry out general café duties as and when required to ensure the smooth running of the café/bar

·       Attend meetings as required, offering input, help and solutions

·       Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability

·       Identify the expectations of all customers/clients and deliver customer satisfaction to ensure a first-class experience

·       Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints

·       Be able to work within an agreed budget and rota staff accordingly

·       Any other duties as directed by your line manager.

·       Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service

·       The ability to handle feedback in a professional manner and implement any necessary changes/improvements
