The Company

Interactive Immersive Classroom is founded in collaboration between Production Park and Enquire Learning Trust, supported through research at Backstage Academy. We design and develop Immersive Classrooms converting teaching space into an interactive experience and developing curriculum content for Primary Schools and developing content for new business. 

The Role

We are looking for a 3D Artist/Animator to join our team at Interactive Immersive Classroom.

The successful candidate will drive to create exciting 360 content to be installed into an immersive classroom installation across the UK. Working within a small team you will be given creative freedom to develop a variety of animations relating to client needs.

You will work closely with team members to produce immersive, educational content designed for primary school children and aligned to the national curriculum Key Stage 1 and 2, and to understand the specific technical requirements for content and product development.

Main Responsibilities:


• Create graphics or animations using a variety of computer programs and editing software including 360 video workflow.
• Edit and update content following review of feedback from Directors and clients, providing regular communications and updates for iterations.
• Gain regular feedback from Clients, Designers and Directors to review the Project Action Plan and agree content development timelines.
• Attend Client/team meetings to review project progression, collaborate on new design ideas and evaluate development of a project.


• Any other reasonable duties as required by the Content and Technical Development Manager.
• Adhere to Company Health and Safety Policy and risk assessments provided.

Skills Required:

  • A degree in a relevant subject: art/animation/graphic design.
  • Technical/Computer skills using 3D software (blender, Maya, 3Ds Max, Cinema 4D)
  • Ability to model high quality, optimized models and rigs.
  • VFX (Particles, fluids and effects) and Compositing
  • Experience of 360/VR content workflow/UV editing and texturing
  • Strong passion for IIC and Production Park and it’s values
  • A friendly professional manner, adaptable to work with Client requests.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious and results orientated with an ability to thrive under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience of dealing directly with a wide variety of people.
  • Flexible approach to working, excellent time management skills.
